Insurance
Joules by Radhika insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Joules by Radhika and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Taxes & Duties
Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office. For all domestic orders (within India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.
Tracking Details
Once your shipment is booked tracking details will be shared with you . Kindly check your message/ email for regular updates. If the tracking details sent do not provide sufficient information or if it shows message as ‘Contact Customer Care’ or anything else, please contact Courier customer care from their website, they will help you in delivery according to your convenience.
