Sometimes, delivery may take longer duration due to bad weather conditions, transportation delays, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Joules by Radhika will not be held responsible for such delays. Be rest assured that our customer service team will do everything so as to ensure on time delivery of your parcel. Delivery Attempts, Returned Orders and Reshipping

Once an order has been dispatched, it is handed over to our courier partners, including Blue Dart and other reputed delivery providers. From that point, delivery attempts and related delivery arrangements are managed by the courier partner.

The courier partner may make up to three delivery attempts. Delays or failed delivery may occur if, for example, the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, no one is available to receive the parcel, the required OTP is not provided, or the payment amount is not ready for a cash-on-delivery order.

If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts and the parcel is returned to our warehouse for a reason attributable to the customer, the following return charge will be deducted from the refund:
- ₹1,250 for orders valued up to ₹20,000
- ₹1,600 for orders valued above ₹20,000 and up to ₹30,000
- ₹2,000 for orders valued above ₹30,000
The remaining eligible amount will be refunded. If you request that the order be shipped again, a flat reshipping charge of ₹500 will apply and must be paid before dispatch.

Providing the delivery OTP is mandatory when requested by the courier partner. This helps verify delivery and protect your order. If you would like to change your address or make another delivery request after dispatch, we will pass it on to the courier partner; however, any change is subject to the courier partner’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

Joules by Radhika insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Joules by Radhika and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Once your shipment is booked tracking details will be shared with you . Kindly check your message/ email for regular updates. If the tracking details sent do not provide sufficient information or if it shows message as ‘Contact Customer Care’ or anything else, please contact Courier customer care from their website, they will help you in delivery according to your convenience.

Courier Handling and Failed Delivery
Our courier partners handle a high volume of parcels each day. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order and provide the required OTP. If delivery cannot be completed after the permitted attempts because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, does not provide the OTP, or is unable to complete payment for a COD order, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the applicable return and reshipping charges stated above will apply. Any reported loss or damage will be reviewed with the courier partner and addressed in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
