All our products are handcrafted & made to order. We do not accept Returns.
Instead, we encourage you to try our Try At Home service anywhere in INDIA!!

  • What is the Try at Home service?

Our Try at Home service allows you to order jewellery, try it on at your home anywhere in India and decide whether you’d like to keep it or return it—all from the comfort of your home, without any commitment to purchase.

  • How does the Try at Home process work?

Place your order online as usual, put 'Try at Home' in comment section or WhatsApp your order number to +91-8097336503 and request to opt for Try at Home. Once your order is tagged, you’ll receive the product as per normal delivery timeline. Once you receive the product you have 48 hours to decide whether to keep it or return it (whole or partial).

**Try At Home available only for Prepaid Orders
**There is a minimum total buy of INR 10000 to avail Try At Home Service.
However there is no commitment to purchase. You can return full parcel.

  • Can I return full parcel?

Absolutely mam!! There is no commitment to buy even a single piece if you don’t like any.
**Try at Home not applicable on customised products 

  • Can I buy few pieces out of total parcel & return balance?

Absolutely mam!! You can return pieces you don’t like & keep pieces that you like. Your refund will be processed for the returned pieces.

  • Is there a fee for the Try at Home service?

If you choose to return your jewellery, a small return fee applies:
- ₹1250 for return order value upto ₹20,000
- ₹1600 for return order value ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
- ₹2000 for return order value above ₹30,000
This nominal fee covers two-way logistics, pickup, and insurance — ensuring your jewellery is safely handled at every step.

  • Why do we charge a fee on Try At Home?

This fee is charged to cover basic cost of  transportation , packaging, Processing fee charged by payment gateways & logistic charges.

  • How long do I have to try the jewellery at home?

You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to decide whether you’d like to keep the pieces or return it.

  • Can I try multiple pieces at once?

Yes, you can select as many pieces as you want for the Try at Home service. Simply place the orders and follow the same process to tag them for Try at Home.

  • How do I return the jewellery if I don’t want to keep it?

Contact us via WhatsApp on +91 9326600788  within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we’ll arrange for a return pick-up. Once we receive the jewellery back in its original condition with original packaging, tags, vouchers etc, we’ll refund the amount within 7 working days.
**  Our logistics partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. The reverse pickup typically takes 1-3 working days from the day the request is initiated. Kindly pack it nicely to avoid any damage to the Joules.

  • When & How will I get refund?

10-12 days for you to get refund, once your order is picked up from your place.
Refund will be processed in the same payment method used for confirming the order by you. You will get regular notification via emails for the same.
