Returns & Exchange
Most of our products are handcrafted using traditional methods, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. We DO NOT accept exchange/return . All our products go through strict quality control before shipping.
Return or Exchange will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. To avoid any damage in transit, we have specially designed our packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied onto the product. Still, In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, we urge you to inform us immediately after receiving the parcel.
Steps to initiate an Exchange or Return:
- Notify us with an image of the product as received, to email@example.com immediately on receiving the parcel.
- After analysing the issue, our team will send you a confirmation mail with the approval for the return.
- We will arrange for a return on mutually convenient return method.
- Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
- We don’t accept returns if Products are found to be used or in a damaged condition.
