We offer a hassle-free 7 days exchange policy. If you do not like a product or it does not fit well, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Gift Card / Coupon Code to purchase anything you like. **This will not be applicable for customised products. Each piece ordered on Shopjbr.com is made-to-order, the dimensions of the pieces are mentioned in the description and the design is displayed clearly through the images.
While we strive to ensure that all of our products are checked for manufacturing defects, a defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case. In such a case, please email us (along with an image of the defective piece) as soon as you receive your order at email@example.com or call us at +91 9920444059 within 2 days of receiving the product and we would be happy to replace the same. This is also applicable for instances where the piece has got damaged in transit. To avoid any damage in transit, we have specially designed our packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied to the product.
Please follow these steps to avail of the exchange facility:
- You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91 9920444059 within 2 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to exchange.
- Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order. The customer will have to bear the cost of shipping the goods to us. In case you want to exchange a product, please send it to the following address: Joules by Radhika, 46, Ratnajyot Industrial Estate, Irla Lane, Vile Parle West, Mumbai 400056.
- We do not offer reverse pickup service for International orders where the address is outside of India.
- Please hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come to your doorstep. Please note the product must be UNUSED. Also, the product tags should be intact with their original packing; else, we will not be able to process your return/exchange. Reverse pickup usually takes 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated.
- After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
- Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a Gift Card that will be emailed to your original order email address. The Gift Card will have no expiry and can be used to purchase anything from our store.
** Customised orders, worn products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Product tags and the original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
- All items to be exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- We only accept exchange for products purchased directly from www.shopjbr.com. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
- Please note that we do not refund any shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
- If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
- We offer reverse pick up for the majority of pin codes in India. We would request you to send the product back to us at the following address: Joules by Radhika, 46, Ratnajyot Industrial Estate, Irla Lane, Vile Parle West, Mumbai 400056.
- Please allow up to 7-10 working days to get your Gift Card / Coupon Code after we have received the returned product.
- Destination country import taxes, duties & charges are not refundable.
- We do not offer reverse pickup service for orders outside of India.

All our products are handcrafted & made to order & details of each piece is mentioned clearly. All our products go through strict quality control before shipping.
